The Park has tarmac roads, street lighting, a visitor parking area, and a Post Box. All properties will be supplied with underground connections to mains electricity, LP gas, mains water and mains sewage.
In addition all new homes will have bricked skirts, steps, a block paved driveway, some footpath, a garage and lawned gardens.
Additions such as a larger garage can be arranged if specified early enough.
Harpswell Hill is a quiet, rural residential Park of 36 homes, mainly privately owned, with a few properties currently being upgraded. As the properties being replaced are the remaining rented units, a variety of positions and plot sizes will become available, providing a variety of opportunities for those wishing to purchase a new Park Home. Unlike many other Parks, Harpswell Hill has no time limit on the license, and all leases are in perpetuity.
The Park can be found East of Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, six miles along the A631. As shown in the aerial picture on the right, the Park is surrounded by arable farmland and has open views across the surrounding fields.
More comprehensive facilities are available in Kirton Lindsey village, or the Market Town of Gainsborough, are only six miles away. Further afield, yet still within a 30 minute drive, are several East Coast resorts, the historic Cathedral City of Lincoln with its University, Scunthorpe, access to the motor way system, picturesque Market Rasen, and commuter links to London at Retford.
For immediate needs, there are the redeveloped RAF buildings at Hemswell Cliff, less than two miles away, and Hemswell village, which can be accessed by the Public Footpath across the nearby fields.
