Smithfield Park Welcome

Living at Egremont, there is the added benefit of being in a position to enjoy the Lakes and views of the National Park when there are fewer visitors.

This is a small Park, which initially consisted of 40 Units. As the park was upgraded, this number was reduced to thirty, as the new Park Homes being installed were larger than those originally sited. Of the thirty new Homes we had plots for, only five are still available AT A VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE

This park is intended for the retired or semi-retired owner, and to maintain the social ambience no residents under 50 years will be permitted.
