11. GARDENS: Private gardens, where permitted, must be kept neat and tidy. In the event of failure to observe this rule, after 7 days notice, the owner may carry out such work, which the occupier is responsible must pay for. The planting of trees and shrubs is subject to the site owner’s approval of types and position. Trees and shrubs may not be cut down, removed or damaged and gardens will be left intact when the occupier vacates the plot.
All dividing hedges must be kept to a maximum of 8 feet and kept clipped and trimmed by the occupier. Before cutting out grass to make growing plots for new hedges, owner’s permission must be obtained.
12. PETS: Only one cat or dog per Mobile Home is allowed on the site permanently, with the consent of the site owner, and these numbers will be restricted. Proper fencing arrangements, approved by the site owner, must be provided. Dogs must, at all times, be kept on a leash while in the confines of the site and must be exercised off the site. Dogs must be discouraged from barking so as not to disturb other occupiers. The site owner reserves the right to withdraw his consent for a cat or dog to be allowed on the site at any time if these requirements are not strictly observed. In the event of the consent being so withdrawn, the occupier will remove the dog or cat from the site forthwith. Any fouling of the site anywhere by pets to be cleared by the owners of the dog or cat immediately. Any damage caused to the site owned mobile homes by pets would be charged for.
13. VISITORS: The occupier is responsible for the conduct of children in their custody and of visitors.
14. OFFENSIVE WEAPONS: It is forbidden to carry offensive weapons or other objects likely to give offence on the park or to interfere with or disturb any fauna or flora within the Park.
15. VACANT PLOTS:   Access is not permitted to vacant plots. Building materials or other plant must be left undisturbed.
16. COMPLIANCE: Everyone using the Park is required to comply with the regulations of the Site Licence, Water Authority or any other Statutory or local Authority.
17. BUSINESS:   No commercial enterprise or business activities may take place on the Park without the prior permission of the site owner.
18. TENANCY: No plot or Mobile Home may be sub-let. Mobile Homes are for permanent use. Acceptance of the Rules i a condition of Tenancy.
19. TENTS:   No tents are permitted.
20. FIRES:   No fires to be lit in the open.
21. NEARBY FIELDS:   i)  Neighbouring fields must not be entered by occupiers or their visitors without the express permission of the landowner.
ii) No grass cuttings or other refuse shall be dumped on to neighbouring fields. This should be disposed of by unit occupier.
22. CHARGES:   All rents will be reviewed annually, also touring caravans and extra car parking facilities. The payment of all rents and electricity/gas charges must be paid when due. Arrears are not permitted at any time. Payment to be made at the Site Office.
23. COMMUNITY CHARGES:   All occupiers are responsible for payment of their own Community Charge.
24. FIRE REGS: In the event of fire, the designated meeting point is the car park in front of the Site Office.
25. ACCESS for INSPECTION The Occupier must take reasonable care of the unit and its contents and permit the Owner to have possession of the Unit and the Plot on which it is from time to time stationed for the purpose of viewing their state and condition and to ascertain whether the terms of the agreement are adhered to.
26. ACCESS for REPAIR: The Occupier must permit the Owner access to the Plot and/or the Unit for the purpose of carrying out repair work to the unit.
The Occupier must permit the owner access to the Plot and/or the Unit for the purpose of carrying out repairs to any services crossing the Plot, or for  the purposes of installing services for the Unit and/or any other parts of the  Park.
