1. Ground Rent £102.72 per Calendar month, payable in advance by standing order (£1232.64 p. a.).
2. Council Tax Band A regardless of model or size. The charge 2006-7 is £849.149.
3. Water Rates The Park pays the Water Rates as one bill, which is then divided between the residents. The charge currently works out to approximately £110 per person per year.
4. Electricity Negotiated for Park (currently 0.08284p per unit incl. VAT) by Park Owner. Occupiers pay the Park Owner, who charges using individual meters.
5. Gas L. P. Gas currently supplied by Calor Gas, via individual tanks on each plot.
7. Refuse Collection Black wheelie bins for household waste, blue recycling bins and green garden waste bins, all collected fortnightly on Thursday by council.
8. Post Delivered daily by Post Office. Daily collection from Park post box.
9. Children Resident children under 18 years are not permitted, although well-behaved visitors are welcome.
10. Pets Pets allowed by prior agreement with Park owner, and if kept within park rules.
11. Doctors Surgeries at Kirton Lindsey and Gainsborough (6 miles). Dentist & Optician at Gainsborough. Main hospitals at Lincoln & Scunthorpe.
12. Local Authority Lindsey District Council, Lincolnshire County Council: Council Offices, Job Centres & Police Stations at Gainsborough & Lincoln.
13. Shopping Post Office & Social Club at Hemswell (1 mile - public footpath). Shops, Post Office, Newsagent, Industrial Units & Craft Centres at Hemswell Cliff (1 mile). Shops, Post Office, Hairdressers, Pubs, Newsagents, Butchers & various takeaways at Kirton Lindsey & Gainsborough (6 miles), and Brigg. Major Supermarkets & D.I.Y. centres at Gainsborough, Brigg, Lincoln & Scunthorpe. Market days at Gainsborough and Brigg, and large Sunday Market at Hemswell Cliff.
