Tall Trees is a Park consisting of 42 Park Homes, all of which are owner occupied. As this park was developed some time ago, older plots have been cleared, and surplus buildings removed, to allow for upgrading. There are now only two plots on which you could purchase a new Park Home, although several almost new homes are for sale.
Tall Trees is situated on the outskirts of Mansfield, close to Junction 28 of the M1. Take the A60 from Mansfield towards Worksop. After one mile turn right at the traffic lights into Old Mill Lane. The entrance to Tall Trees is approximately half a mile along on the left.
Although the land to the rear and one side of the Park is fields, all the amenities of an urban centre are readily available, and the Park is on a local bus route. The gas, water, and electricity are connected to mains suppliers.
