14. PLOT Park Homes must be kept in sound and clean condition. Decoration and external colour must be maintained to the satisfaction of the Park Owner. Wheels must not be removed, nor the Park Home re-positioned without the permission of the Owner. No external alteration, or addition to, the Park Home or pitch is permitted without the prior approval of the Park Owner in writing.
To maintain the high standards of the Park, all skirts, porches, verandas, car ports, etc. must be constructed in accordance with Environmental Department Standards. Consultation documents and copies of scaled plans must be submitted to the Owner before permission will be granted.
Concrete or slabs can only be laid, or removed, with the written consent of the Park Owner.
15. CLEANLINESS The occupier is responsible for keeping the plot, and the area underneath the Park Home, clean and tidy. To comply with current fire regulations, nothing to be placed underneath the Park Home.
16. STORAGE: Only Storemore Garden Buildings are allowed for storage. Water butts, tanks, dolly-tubs or similar containers are not allowed.
17. GARDEN: Within 14 days of taking possession, the occupier must tend the garden, if such is permitted, to present a neat and cared for appearance. All grass, including grass on parking areas, must be kept neat and tidy.
Kerb edgings in front of Park Homes must be kept clear of soil or vegetation.
Planting of, cutting down, or removal of trees or shrubs are subject to the prior approval of the Owner, as is the trimming or pruning of trees. Poplar or Willow trees will not be permitted.
Grass areas may only be removed with the prior permission of the owner. Vegetables may NOT be grown.
This Park is open plan. No fences are permitted, except at the Park perimeters, where fences may be erected after consultation with, and the prior permission of, the Owner.
18. WASHING: Only rotary clothes dryers allowed. Washing lines are not permitted.
19. PETS: Pets, where permitted at the owners discretion, must be kept under proper control and not allowed to foul anywhere on the Park, or annoy other occupiers. There will be a charge for each dog, which must, at all times, be kept on a leash whilst in the confines of the Park, and must be exercised outside the Park.
20. TELEVISION MASTS: All television masts must be of alloy or aluminium, not wood or steel, must be 4 ft higher than the roof of the Park Home, and be erected to the rear of the Park Home. Satellite Dishes  Installation and positioning of satellite receivers must be previously agreed with the Owner.
21. NOISE: Musical instruments, record players, radios, televisions, other appliances and motor vehicles must not be used in a manner likely to cause a nuisance to other occupiers, especially between the hours of 10.30 p.m.. And 8.00 a.m..
22. VISITORS: Occupiers are responsible for the conduct of children resident in their Park Home and all visitors.
23. VACANT PLOT: Access is not permitted to vacant plots or Park Homes. Building materials, plant and machinery must be left undisturbed. Any items left on a vacant pitch are deemed the property of the Owner.
24. BUSINESS ACTIVITIES: No commercial enterprise or business activities may take place on the Park without the prior permission of the Owner.
25. ACCIDENTS: The Owner does not accept any responsibility for any accident or mishap to property or persons on his property howsoever arising.
26. POST: Park Homes must display a name or number. The postman will not leave mail if a Park Home does not have a letter box.
27. SALE OF UNITS: If an occupier wishes to re-sell their Park Home, they may obtain advice from the Owner.  The relevant guidelines and requirements per the 1983 Act are specified in Part 4 of your Agreement, paragraph 8.
28. INSURANCE: Park Homes must be insured in accordance with your Written Agreement, Part IV, paragraphs 3L and 3Q.
29.  PARK RULES: The Owner may vary these rules from time to time in accordance with Part IV, paragraph 4B.
30. IF IN DOUBT: If in doubt about the meaning or interpretation of these rules, please consult the Owner, to avoid possible misunderstandings, disappointment, or expense.
31. a)  A fire extinguisher of a type approved by the Fire Department must, by law, be installed in each Park Home.
NOTE:  Carbon, Tetrachloride, Methyl Bromide, and Chlorobromomethane can be dangerous in confined spaces and should not be used. A dry powder of an appropriate size (usually at least 2 lbs capacity) will be suitable.
B)  It is expressly forbidden for anyone to interfere with fire points and appliances, which are for use only in an emergency.
C)  Gas cylinders must NOT be placed inside Mobile Homes, unless as prescribed in the British Standard Code of Practice.
