Take a look at what our past and present residents have had to say about their experience with James Park Homes and one of our different location sites. Our residents are proud to be associated with James Park Homes and love to share their experiences.

Harpswell Hill Park

We were a bit apprehensive about moving into a park home at first, but we absolutely love it now. We moved here four-and a-half years ago and you’d have to dynamite us out now!

James Park Homes Egremont

We have been here for about 7 weeks now and it is great, no more bricks & mortar for us, we are very pleased with our mobile home and we are on a great site with fantastic views over the fells and only a short drive from the centre of the lake district.

Mr & Mrs Gardner

James Park Homes is a small select park with 30 homes. It is very convenient for amenities; 10 minutes walk to the town of Egremont. Bus stops nearby, trains 4 miles away at Whitehaven or the coast route at St. Bees. The park is in a rural location overlooking a hillside; at the rear west side is pasture land for ponies and donkeys from the farm. Life on the park is quiet yet neighbourly; the manageress is always there to help with any problem, large or small. There is weekly scrabble for those who enjoy meeting up for a chat and a game, plus a plentiful supply of books readers may borrow.

We have lived at James Park for 9 years after my husband had a stroke. We knew nothing about Park Homes or Park life. On viewing, we were greeted by our wonderful site manageress, and she explained everything to us very explicitly and was extremely helpful, and obviously now after knowing her and the park for all this time, nothing is too much and always at hand to help. It is a small park very conveniently situated for all local amenities, something we needed to think about when we moved, but it was definitely the best thing we did.

Tall Trees Park

I love my mobile home on tall trees. Why? Well it’s because it’s quiet, the people are friendly and you feel like you’re living out in the countryside, even though there are all the amenities close to the site. The bus stops are just outside the site entrance, and the wildlife is amazing on site, with Buzzards, Hawks, Ducks, Rabbits, Birds and beautiful Butterflies. There is also a sense of community and the peaceful surroundings make Tall Trees Park so special.

Mrs Hopewell

I have lived on Tall Trees for several years and have found it to be a lovely secure place to live. The site is kept at the highest standard and I’ve never lived anywhere before that has been so neighbourly and has such a great community spirit.

Tall Trees Leisure Park

Set in lovely surroundings but only a short distance from local amenities with, its own fishing pond. Friendly atmosphere, slower pace of life and plenty of fresh air. I owned a holiday home here for one year and have no regrets

Mr & Mrs Tyrrell

When we first visited Tall Trees with our son and daughter in law, they were considering buying a static home. People who had homes on the site kindly allowed us to view some of them. Returning for more advice, we then decided on buying a static home. Both of us would like to thank the Tall Trees owners and office staff as we feel part of the community. Thanks to the people of Tall Trees Park.
